The Global Finance team is seeking a Senior Corporate Business Controller to help shape this exciting future.
About the Role
As a Senior Corporate Business Controller, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial management reports to support operational and strategic decision-making. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in alignment with JV accounting principles (IFRS) and adhere to the Group's deadlines and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Group management reporting framework.
- Define relevant KPIs and performance metrics to monitor business success.
- Lead the forecasting process and provide reports to support management in steering the business effectively.
- Prepare monthly management reports and board reporting packages.
- Track performance against KPIs and monitor progress toward defined goals.
- Collaborate with controlling teams across Intermediates, Operations, and Commercial functions to gather and consolidate data.
- Ensure accurate translation of business processes into the consolidation and reporting framework. Optimize and standardize reporting processes across the organization.
- Analyze reporting data and present actionable insights to assist management decision-making.
- Proactively develop and distribute steering information to enable effective business management.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate has:
- A Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector (preferred).
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
- A results-oriented approach and the ability to take initiative to deliver added value.
