My client is a leading insurance firm dedicated to enhancing its client offerings through innovative solutions. We are seeking an Agile Coach who will help us drive our Agile transformation and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Agile Transformation: Lead initiatives to implement Agile practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Mentor teams and individuals on Agile methodologies, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Training Development: Create and deliver training programs on Agile principles and practices for teams and stakeholders.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Agile adoption and team performance, providing actionable insights.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to promote Agile values and drive necessary changes for successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience 10 years in Agile coaching or related roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Certifications: Relevant Agile certifications (e.g.,CSM, ICP-ACC) are preferred.
- Agile Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Agile principles.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering value and driving organizational change.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships across diverse teams.
