Our client, a globally recognized leader in the insurance sector, is looking to expand their team by hiring a skilled Account Executive - International within their Brokerage Department. This is a permanent position that offers a vibrant and dynamic work environment focused on professional growth and development.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with international clients, focusing on property insurance solutions.
  • Understand the risk profiles of clients and recommend tailor-made insurance products that meet their needs.
  • Navigate complex client requirements across different geographical regions and coordinate with underwriting teams to structure appropriate insurance policies.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to clients regarding market trends and insurance products advancements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and promote the company's services internationally.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while handling client portfolios.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge in property insurance and underwriting principles.
  • Proven ability to handle and grow international client accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex insurance proposals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating with clients and stakeholders across diverse cultures.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is highly advantageous.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity in all dealings.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
