My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our existing team to provide accurate and timely data capture
What you can expect:
- Maintain daily cashbook records of bank receipts.
- Capture accurate and complete cash receipts in our underwriting system within pre-defined service level agreements (SLA's.)
- Query resolution within the underwriting team, or direct with Brokers.
- Build relationships to assist with query resolution.
- Effective tracking of updates in relation to query resolution and collection status.
What you need apply:
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and SLA's.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent numerical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
