We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in agency digital solution and distribution system transformation. This person will be leading teams to achieve agency business growth by initiating for some new products and services.
This role is based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Translates insights into a clear and compelling product vision that addresses key problems and motivates stakeholders.
- Works cross-functionally to develop a strategic road-map and annual plan, balancing business priorities with customer needs.
- Champions the user perspective internally and ensures solutions are designed with the end user in mind at all stages.
- Tracks metrics like activation, conversion, satisfactions and behaviors to assess progress and identify areas for optimisation.
- Manages objectives and reporting to provide transparency on progress, challenges and upcoming priorities.
- Collaborates with development teams to refine requirements and prioritize the backlog, driving execution against the road-map.
- Promotes an agile and experimented culture focused on frequent learning and iteration to drive continuous improvement.
- Acts as a liaison between stakeholders to socialize the vision, resolve issues and ensure alignment on priorities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, product ownership in start-up, technology or financial services industry
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Sound knowledge of Life insurance products, distribution channels and agency behaviors
- Certified Product Owner/ Scrum Master is preferred
- Collaborative mindset and Good communication skills
