- Strong knowledge and experience in personal lines pricing and product development
- Proficiency in actuarial modeling and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g. Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society) preferred
