Job Responsibilities
- Support the business to deliver the audit plan, coach the audit team and drive the audit process enhancement
- Engage business functions for the audit activities, lead communications and build up a strong and trusted relationship with the business functions
- Advise business functions for the implementation of an effective and efficient system of internal control
- Contribute to the wider development of global audit team on subject matter expertise support
- provide independent and objective assessment and reporting of the overall efficiency of risk management, internal controls and governance processes across the region
Job Qualifications
- Degree with relevant audit experience in the insurance, financial or a related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is a must
