Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments and clients to gather requirements, evaluate them, and develop solutions for cloud data centers and modern workplaces.
- Provide support and advice from project inception to completion.
- Stay current with technological advancements and evaluate new cloud solutions and approaches.
- Work independently while continuously pursuing professional development.
- Assist the sales team with technical inquiries and maintain ongoing product and customer responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Team-oriented mindset and experience working with customers.
- Successfully completed training in computer science or a related field.
- Ability to advise customers on modern workplace and cloud data center solutions, with a focus on implementation.
- Ideally, possess in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, with the capability to integrate legacy and new systems.
- Ambition to excel in technology.
