Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using IBM Cognos in the banking sector.
- Design, build, and deploy reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Implement data modeling and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI applications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI development and banking regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in developing BI solutions using IBM Cognos.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in IBM Cognos or related BI technologies is a plus.
