Oliver James are partnered with a relatively new but high performing BPA deals teams in their current expansion. There are vacancies at both the manager and senior manager grade. Manager paying up to £90,000, Senior Manager paying up to £110,000. Each grade will support the management of de-risking transactions such as buy ins, buy outs, alternatives and new solutions.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Solid understanding of buy in and buy out transactions from end to end
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management
- Technically capable actuarial background preferably from DB pensions
- FIA qualified - Can consider nearly qualified candidates at Manager grade
This in an opportunity to be part of a well established brand that is experience growth in the BPA deals market, they have used their existing status and relationships to make great strides and have already deliver on over 20bn in value of transactions. Flexibility on location, office sites in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds, Reading, Bristol, East Midlands. Expectation to be in an office at least 2 days per week.
