Oliver James have partnered with a leading bank based in Dublin City who are seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team on a Permanent basis as they transition through an organisation wide transformation.
The role:
- Business Analyst - Perm role
- 1-2 days on site per week in Dublin City required

The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with business stakeholders, working closely with technical teams, and offering both technical analysis and financial expertise.
Requirements:
- Banking background or Capital Markets or Front office
- Finance degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as Swaps, FI, Equities or equivalent.
- Good understanding with the use of SQL ( for queries)
- Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Power bi desirable for this role.
This is a highly visible role within the company, with strong exposure to VPs globally.
