Responsibilities:
- Deliver business analysis services and conduct process reviews to support various business initiatives, product implementations, project executions, and operational production system issues.
- Involve in end-to-end project cycle, support the planning and execution of digital initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the form of Business Requirement Specifications.
- Review IT documentation to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of requirements between business users and IT teams.
- Perform gap analyses to assess project viability.
- Partner with technical teams to develop and implement innovative solutions tailored to business needs.
- Evaluate proposed solutions based on cost, timelines, and quality standards to ensure they meet business needs.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing and creating test cases.
- Provide immediate post-implementation support to users following system enhancements.
- Assist with project coordination and handle administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on business analysis or system analysis.
- Experience with sales platforms, CRM systems, and digital projects.
- Demonstrated ability to define user requirements and manage User Acceptance Testing processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
