Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and present detailed business cases, project plans, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Fluent in Dutch and French.
