Business Analyst

I am currently working with a leading specialty insurer operating across 14 global regions. Providing excellent customer service and risk management services this client has demonstrated high levels of resilience regardless of market conditions. This client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent basis to lead the initial analysis stage of a software replacement project.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysis and mapping of existing processes utilised by 'one box' software across multiple lines of business
- Present analysis results to senior stakeholders with a proposed plan for replacement or enhancements
- Provide input in vendor selection process for any replacement software's
- Deliver workshops on new processes and software functionality
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst within a London market insurer
- Previously analysed processes and proposed recommendations for improvement, including mapping, capturing flows and designing context diagrams
- Strong stakeholder management experience and confident presenting to senior leaders
