We're Hiring: Business Analytics Expert (BI Specialist)
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights? Do you love helping teams make smarter decisions? We're looking for a Business Analytics Expert to join our team and play a key role in shaping the way we use data!
What you'll do:
- Understand the business: Listen to different teams and turn their needs into clear reports and dashboards that will help them make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain our data model: Work closely with our external partners to ensure our data model accurately reflects how we do business.
- Drive the evolution of our data warehouse: Keep our Azure data warehouse up-to-date and aligned with the latest tech trends.
- Document everything: Help make our data model and warehouse easy for everyone to use with clear documentation.
What we're looking for:
- A degree in IT (or something similar) and relevant experience.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
- Strong skills in SQL, DAX, and Power BI.
- A solid understanding of data modeling techniques (Kimball).
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing BI solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and Azure Synapse is a plus.
