Business Change Manager - Contract

Oliver James is partnering with a global financial services business based in Zurich to find a Business Change & Adoption Manager for a temporary period.

You will play an important role in supporting the business in the development of their business change processes and procedures, and in the successful transition from process change and implementation initiatives .

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders to implement processes and generate support for change initiatives within the business
  • Create structured plans for the implementation of business changes, including resource allocation, timeframes and deliverables
  • Coordinate with project managers and business users to implement business, operational and process transformations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Change Manager
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within financial services or insurance sector
  • Ability to drive and influence strategic change within a complex organisation
  • Education or qualifications within business change management are preferred

Start Date: c. January 2025

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Contract Duration: 12-month initial contract, with potential for extension

Workload: 80-100%

Industry: Financial Services
