Change Manager - Legal Industry
Our client, a global law firm is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to join their Transformation team on a permanent basis. The firm have recently implemented AI tooling and are looking to expand their AI capabilities by adding additional tooling.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in the legal sector and/ or other professional services
Experience working on AI project/ indicatives
- Experience leading on large transformation projects
Experience with Agile and PRINCE metholodies
Experience across the whole project lifecycle including scoping, scheduling, costing, resourcing, change, communications, quality, risk and project closure
Excellent people skills with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
