Change Manager Lead
Our client, a prominent entity in the insurance industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager Lead to join their dynamic Change Management department. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive change initiatives across the company to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to ensure alignment with changes in regulations within the insurance sector.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication, execution, and completion of change projects.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budget, adjusting strategies as necessary to successfully complete projects.
- Provide expert advice and support on compliance with local and international regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, Basel III, Solvency II, and Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform.
- Manage and mentor a team of change professionals, enhancing their skills and ensuring high performance.
Key Skills
- Substantial expertise in regulatory projects and compliance within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated experience with international regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform, European Market Infrastructure Regulation, and more.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change across various operational and risk domains.
- Knowledge of specific regulatory projects like Blue Cross Blue Shield Projects, Chinese Regulatory Projects, Financial Crime Projects, Fundamental Review of the Trading Book Projects, and GDPR Projects.
- Excellent project management abilities, capable of meeting strict deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in handling Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Over-the-Counter regulatory projects.
