I am partnered exclusively with a profitable Property & Casualty Insurance organization, who are seeking to hire a Chief HR officer to aid the growth and development of the business.

Chief HR Officer

The company:

My client is a market leading P&C Insurance business who operate across; casualty, Excess, and marine and hold an outstanding reputation in the market.

The role:

The successful CHRO will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function across all entities and supporting the strategic direction of the business.

The successful Chief HR Officer will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing talent attraction and succession planning
  • Coordinating employee orientation and strengthening training and onboarding
  • Leading performance cycles
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits including incentives
  • Owning personnel policies, and communicate effectively across the organisation
  • Program overview for; well-being, health, wellness, employee engagement

The successful CHRO should have the following skills:

  • Knowledge and experience of the P&C insurance industry
  • Comfortable with HR Systems e.g. ADP
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
