Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and understand technology architecture to ensure alignment between business needs and IT capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document clear, actionable business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication between non-technical and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Agile Methodology Implementation
- Apply agile frameworks to manage projects, enabling iterative development and flexibility in response to evolving requirements.
- Promote user-centered design principles to advocate for intuitive, accessible, and efficient customer experiences.
- Partner with designers and developers to ensure usability and aesthetic alignment in deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills
- + 3 years of experience in business analysis, technology implementation, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies .
- Solid understanding of technology architectures and systems integration.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical, effective solutions.
