Role and Responsibilities
- You will play a crucial role in driving a data-driven culture and providing valuable insights to improve customer interactions through the latest analytics techniques in dialogue systems and natural language processing.
- You should have a strong interest or background in analytics and IT, allowing you to enhance the customer and employee journey with advanced virtual assistant solutions.
- As part of an agile team, you will work with colleagues who have extensive experience in data management and analytics across IT and business domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop chatbots for clients and employees using advanced generative AI technologies.
- Apply data-driven methodologies to identify areas for improvement, guide data labellers, and create high-performing chatbots.
- Establish an improvement cycle based on dashboards and data-driven methods.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex datasets, particularly unstructured text data from conversations, in collaboration with data scientists.
- Manage databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize data quality. Proactively suggest improvements based on data analysis.
- Communicate findings and provide analytical support to stakeholders, using both business and technical terminology.
- Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize business needs and translate them into an analytical approach.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Proven experience in chatbot AI development (preferably in a banking environment).
- Proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Cognos, or PowerBI.
- Professional proficiency in English, with knowledge of Dutch or French as a plus (as the bot management is in NL/FR).
- Strong ability to influence and convince peers and stakeholders based on analytical insights and data-driven approaches.
- Experience making tactical decisions and building trusted relationships within your team.
- Ability to communicate complex data-driven methodologies to non-technical colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and an ability to dive deep into data to find actionable insights.
