Oliver James has partnered with a large Enterprise Client based in Dublin city who are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join one of the fastest growing companies within tech!!
The candidate will have demonstrated success in collaborating with global enterprise clients to consistently deliver value and ensure long-term customer satisfaction after the sale. You will be joining a team of highly successful CSM's who are managing diverse, complex client books.
Experience working with Saas business models, software companies and salesforce will be highly desirable for this role.
