This role is best suited to an individual with a strong "can-do" attitude who loves working with people.
The ideal candidate will have B2B, Financial Services experience & have worked in a SaaS company, alongside the following:
- Shape the future of our products and ensure existing users maximise their use
- Collaborate with Development, Product, Support, and Client On boarding teams
- Investigate and resolve issues
- Manage new client implementations
- Drive product improvements
- Define future state requirements
