Oliver James have partnered with a Leading Enterprise Client as they embark on massive growth phase for 2025 and are looking to add a Customer Support Analyst to their Technology Division.

This role is best suited to an individual with a strong "can-do" attitude who loves working with people.

The ideal candidate will have B2B, Financial Services experience & have worked in a SaaS company, alongside the following:

  • Shape the future of our products and ensure existing users maximise their use
  • Collaborate with Development, Product, Support, and Client On boarding teams
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Manage new client implementations
  • Drive product improvements
  • Define future state requirements
