You understand how to apply Generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems and can take ideas from conception to production, making a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge GenAI solutions tailored to specific business needs and objectives.
- Utilize generative AI techniques, such as LLMs, to develop innovative solutions for enterprise industry use cases.
- Conduct research and experimentation to explore new GenAI techniques and algorithms.
- Identify where Gen AI can be implemented and applied to increase efficiency.
- Work closely with various business teams to identify areas where AI can help optimize business processes.
- Explore new approaches that can improve services and make them more efficient.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop AI-powered systems such as recommendation engines, chatbots, or virtual assistants that provide tailored insurance solutions and responsive customer support.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and continuously explore new techniques, tools, and practices to enhance model performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Experience with generative AI models and techniques.
- 2-5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or R, and experience with Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP/GenAI tools (e.g., NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Proven experience in developing AI solutions and applications.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and techniques, without requiring extensive coding or modeling expertise.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with both business and technology teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically.
