We are looking for a Delivery Lead, PMO talents for our MNC bank clients. They are looking for someone that's passionate at fintech products.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end delivery through monitoring progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery that meets quality standards
- Motivate and manage cross-functional teams through task assignment, prioritization and workload distribution
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, provide updates and address concerns
- Identify, track and mitigate potential risks and issues using Jira
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes using agile principles
- Collaborate with QA to define testing strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- 5-8 years' experience in project management, preferably fintech/payments industry
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong task prioritization and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with risk identification and mitigation
- Familiarity with fintech products, regulations and industry trends
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- History of building effective cross-functional teams
