Backend Developer - Serverless & AWS Specialist

Your Role:
As a Backend Developer, you will design, implement, and optimize serverless applications while contributing to the platform's continuous evolution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on exciting challenges, and drive meaningful innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serverless Development: Create and deploy serverless applications leveraging AWS services such as Lambda (preferably with Go), DynamoDB, S3, Aurora, API Gateway, Step Functions, and more.
- Backend Development: Implement efficient and secure backend logic using Node.js.
- Platform Optimization: Ensure platforms are robust, scalable, and high-performing by addressing bottlenecks and improving deployment pipelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and front-end developers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze and enhance infrastructure and workflows for better performance and scalability.
- Mentorship: Share knowledge with junior team members to foster growth and uphold best practices.
What You Bring:
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in serverless backend development, preferably with AWS.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of serverless computing, AWS services, and modern backend frameworks.
- DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like GitHub Actions or similar.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to address complex challenges with efficient solutions.
- Communication: Proficiency in English (French is a bonus) to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges in a fast-paced work environment
