Requirements:
- Lead the formulation, assessment, and execution of reserve strategies.
- Oversee the reserving processes for personal insurance lines.
- Prepare and deliver reserve reports to senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to actuarial team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.
- Significant background in reserving and reporting for personal line insurance.
- Extensive experience with actuarial modeling and analysis.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- ACAS or FCAS
This is a hybrid role based out of Texas or New York
