Our client, a leader in the Insurance industry, is seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to take on the role of Assistant Vice President of Actuarial in their Actuarial department. This role offers a strategic opportunity to contribute to the company's success through excellence in Personal Lines Pricing and Product Development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of pricing models and strategies for personal lines insurance products.
  • Analyze statistical data to determine potential risks and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to design and bring to market innovative insurance products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across actuarial practices.
  • Communicate technical and complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Manage a team of actuarial professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Oversee Analytics and Loss Reserving Function
