A leading insurance organization is seeking a Personal Lines Actuarial Leader to drive pricing strategy and bring a strong strategic vision to the personal lines business. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to lead a team, influence key decisions, and collaborate across departments to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own & Execute Pricing Strategy - Lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of personal lines pricing strategy to ensure market competitiveness and financial success.

  • Strategic Leadership & Influence - Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and influence decision-making at the highest levels.

  • Develop & Empower Talent - Mentor and develop a team of actuaries and analysts, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence.

  • Advance Innovation & Analytics - Oversee the evolution of pricing models, incorporating predictive analytics and emerging data sources to enhance precision and profitability.

  • Enhance Process & Governance - Drive best practices in actuarial methodologies, pricing governance, and regulatory compliance to support sustainable business success.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive actuarial experience (FCAS preferred), including at least 3 years in leadership roles.

  • Proven track record in personal lines pricing, with experience developing and executing pricing strategies.

  • Expertise in actuarial modeling, predictive analytics, and pricing tools within the P&C industry.

  • Strong strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to connect actuarial insights to broader business objectives.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to drive innovation, execute complex projects, and adapt to evolving market conditions.
