Key Responsibilities
Own & Execute Pricing Strategy - Lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of personal lines pricing strategy to ensure market competitiveness and financial success.

Qualifications
12+ years of progressive actuarial experience (FCAS preferred), including at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record in personal lines pricing, with experience developing and executing pricing strategies.
Expertise in actuarial modeling, predictive analytics, and pricing tools within the P&C industry.
Strong strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to connect actuarial insights to broader business objectives.
