Director - Employee Benefits - Client Relationship Management required for a highly successful global Insurance Broking business offering a senior level role, long term career opportunities and excellent package for the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Head of the function
- Manage allocated large MNC clients effectively
- Act as main point of contacts for clients
- Drive client retention and help build on client relationships
- Support sales pitches as required
- Singapore market coverage
- Team mentorship / leadership of junior team members
Requirements:
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Very strong client relationship / account management experience
- Strong experience of employee benefits / health solutions
- Experienced dealing with multiple senior stakeholders across large MNC clients
- Singapore market experience
- Background within insurance broking and/or insurers
