Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration and enhancement of the Service Now platform to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with Information Technology and business team members to define business requirements and systems goals.
- Design, develop, and deploy necessary changes to ensure high performance and efficient operations of enterprise systems.
- Monitor system effectiveness in fulfilling user requirements and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure system compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Guide and mentor teams of junior Information Technology professionals in managing the lifecycle of technology implementations.
- Facilitate ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems and platforms.
Key Skills:
- Profound knowledge in Service Now platform administration and configuration.
- Service Now Certified Administrator required
- Strong background in Infrastructure Engineering and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficient in User Interface and User Experience Design.
- Expertise in Front End and Back End Development, including Full Stack and Mobile Development capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and direct a team of developers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the strategic direction of Information Technology projects.
