Our client, a leading insurance company in Zurich, is seeking a skilled DWH Developer to join their Data department on a contract basis. The initial contract would be until the end of the year, but is very likely to be extended. My client also offers 2-3 days working from home per week.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and build data warehouses in the Azure environment
- Implement scalable and reliable solutions for data storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data governance and security best practices are followed
Key Skills:
- Experience as a DWH Developer in Azure environments
- Strong experience with Data Warehouses
- strong experience with Oracle
- Strong understanding of data modelling and database design principles
- Proficient in SQL and ETL processes
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
