Overview:
We are seeking a skilled FCC/AML Project Manager to lead the transition of our AML System support from an external vendor to an in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, beginning their career as a software engineer before moving into project management. This role requires an individual with expertise in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the project to internalize AML System support, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
- Technical Oversight: Utilize your software engineering experience to guide technical decisions and troubleshoot issues.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in FCC/AML domains.
- Background as a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in system development and support.

- Education:
