Oliver James have partnered with a global life insurance company to recruit for a FP&A Accountant to join their finance team based in Dublin City.
You will be commercially minded and support the Head of FP&A amongst other senior stakeholders and decision makers with analysing the financial performance of the business. Other key tasks are outlined below;
- Play a key role in the forecasting, budgeting and planning for the business, partnering with the key stakeholders to ensure there is a clear business plan.
- You will hold a key role in the transformation of the finance function helping to shape the future of the finance team.
- Assist with the cost accountability across the business through the planning, reporting and active business partnering.
- Support with ongoing projects.
Key Requirements;
- Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in Insurance (Financial Services experience will also be strongly considered).
- Commercially minded with experience working as part of a finance team.
- Must be willing to work with senior stakeholders of the business and be able to communicate on complex financial concepts.
