Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the establishment and implementation of a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and Information Technology risk management program.
• Lead the efforts to internally assess, evaluate and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of the security controls for the company's information and technology systems.
• Work alongside the IT department to assess and manage the physical security and incident response needs relative to that of the company's operations and data centers.
• Collaborate with organization senior management, privacy officer, and corporate compliance officer to establish governance for the security program.
• Coordinate information security and risk management projects with resources from the IT organization and business unit teams.
• Develop and manage budget for the information security function.
• Provide strategic risk guidance for IT projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in Incident Response management and mitigation strategies.
• Expertise in designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures.
• Experience in Security Development Operations, including continuous integration and continuous deployment of safeguard measures.
• Deep understanding of technical engineering aspects allowing for effective oversight of security teams during system design and development.
• Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through oral, written, and visual means.
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills to identify problems and implement effective solutions promptly.
