Head of Pricing - BPA
Location: London, UK
A unique opportunity for an experienced Head of Pricing to lead the New Business function at a fast-growing start-up in the bulk annuity sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's pricing strategy and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing tools, policies, and processes to support business growth.
- Work with the Head of Origination to ensure a competitive and differentiated pricing strategy.
- Oversee the pricing pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality bid submissions.
- Provide strategic insights to the Board on pricing competitiveness and market positioning.
- Lead the development of bespoke solutions for complex transactions.
- Contribute to overall business strategy as part of the Senior Management Team.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Actuary with 10+ years of financial services experience.
- Extensive expertise in bPA/PRT pricing
- Technically astute in relation to R/Python
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and drive innovation.
