Compensation:
$300,000-$350,000 total package.
Your Key Impact Areas
- Strategic Finance Enablement: Partner with the CFO on high-stakes initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and process improvement projects.
- Executive Liaison: Act as a trusted intermediary for CFO communications, ensuring timely execution of deliverables across the Finance leadership team.
- Insightful Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on regulatory, accounting, operational, and capital topics, providing actionable insights.
- Ad-Hoc Financial Excellence: Lead financial modeling and analysis for M&A transactions and special projects.
- Task Optimization: Develop robust task management systems to monitor and streamline key actions and deadlines.
- High-Caliber Presentation Prep: Craft polished, executive-level materials for senior management and board presentations.
- Investor Relations Management: Oversee the investor relations function, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful external communications.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A strong foundation in Accounting (5+ years) complemented by experience in project management, strategic initiatives, or corporate development.
- Advanced qualifications such as a CPA, MBA, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Industry expertise in insurance, with a preference for experience in life, annuities, or reinsurance.
- Proficiency in advanced tools, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (with a knack for creating impactful visual data representations).
- Familiarity with Adobe and document management platforms, including secure board/management portals.
