This position reports to the Head of Interest Rate Hedging and Strategic Initiatives, with a focus on proposing and overseeing hedging strategies for Hong Kong BU. Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Developing and refining hedging and investment initiatives, securing necessary approvals and ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Analyse financial forecasting, analytic studies, and modelling related to hedging, capital, and investment strategies
- Designing and guiding the implementation of tools for monitoring asset-liability positions, analysing hedging activities, and projecting financial metrics
- Preparing management information on ALM and strategic asset allocation matters for relevant committees
- Ensuring compliance with capital and risk management requirements from the organisation and regulators
The ideal candidate will have:
- Working visa will be provided
- 7+ years of Hedging / Capital /Investment experience is a MUST
- Strong analytic, communication, presentation, and project management capabilities
- Good communication, presentation and project management skills in English.
