Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles to ensure accuracy across compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Review and accurately import BDX (bordereau) data into the policy management system, ensuring compliance with underwriting and policy administration standards.

  • Liaise with MGAs, MGUs, and internal stakeholders to track submissions, validate data integrity, and promptly address outstanding action items.

  • Oversee LOC (Letter of Credit) requests and associated financial processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.

  • Prepare detailed operational and management reports, supporting policy and program renewals with comprehensive data analysis.

  • Ensure all policy documentation aligns with underwriting guidelines, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies or missing information.

  • Generate reports in accordance with internal policies, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

  • Provide administrative, technical, and operational support to optimize efficiency within the insurance workflow.

  • Assist with claims-related processes, contributing to the effective management of policyholder inquiries and settlements.

  • Work closely with operations and leadership teams to document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process enhancements.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and best practices to maintain consistency, compliance, and excellence in insurance administration.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent time management and self-motivation.
