Position: Investment Operations Analyst (Private Markets) WEST COAST US

Overview: This role supports fund administration and infrastructure services for Private Equity and Debt Funds, focusing on accuracy, process efficiency, and collaboration among a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Centralise data capture and streamline process flows using the proprietary technology platform.
  • Process Harmonisation: Standardise transaction execution across various private market asset classes and strategies.
  • Technology Enhancement: Improve technology solutions that support allocation policies.
  • Relationship Management: Centralise sourcing, manage capital markets tools, and oversee fund management provider relationships.
  • Life cycle Management: Track and manage the full product life cycle, from capital raising to transaction structuring and funding logistics.
  • Document Management: Ensure organised and timely updates of legal documentation and transaction records.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in private market industry operations, with a focus on legal and financial processes.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, organisation, time management, and proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Pivot, and Share Point.

Additional Requirements:

  • Communication: Maintain real-time updates and communicate effectively with deal, legal, tax, and treasury teams.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.

** this role is REMOTE but with occasional travel required. Candidate must be PST based in the US.
