Our client, a leading company in the Technology industry, is seeking a talented IT PMO Analyst to join their Change Management department. The ideal candiate will have 2 - 4 years of experience whitin PMO.
Type: 12 Months FTC.
Salary: DOE

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate IT projects within the PMO framework.
- Assist PMs in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Execute project tasks according to approved plans and manage changes effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Perform functional analysis to gather and document user requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis of industry best practices related to change management.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and procedures.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in PMO methodologies and practices.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to perform functional analysis and gather user requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related field is a plus.
