IT Programme Manager - Finance Project

Our leading insurance client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Regional Programme Manager for their Finance System Modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Utilize your expertise in SDLC to drive efficient development processes.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Finance system implementations and enhancements.
  • Cultivate strong communication channels to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Leverage regional exposure to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Finance systems and their integration within an organization.
  • Regional exposure preferred, with the ability to navigate diverse environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
