Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects taking full ownership of the programme.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, while managing risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure that cloud migration initiatives are aligned with business goals and compliance regulations.
- Facilitate project meetings, including regular updates, progress reviews, and reporting to senior management.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the insurance sector.
- Proven expertise in managing cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and insurance industry systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving and project execution.
