IT Project Manager - Network Transformation

Location: Singapore

Work arrangement: flexible

About the role: You will oversee network transformation activities, encompassing significant initiatives such as network rollout, as well as ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) projects like security enhancements. Additionally, serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all communications pertaining to network transformation activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of our network transformation strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Manage 3rd party development teams to swiftly resolve blockers and ensure project continuity.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposals to support decision-making.
  • Identify and prioritize transformation initiatives to optimize network performance and reduce costs.
  • Work cross-functionally to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely execution.
  • Maintain vendor relationships to uphold service level agreements and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor post-implementation network performance, promptly addressing any issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Proven track record in project management, including budget and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are advantageous.
