Salary: €99,061 - €128,481 all-in (based on 40 hours)

About the role
This position is part of a fast-paced financial organization responsible for managing a broad spectrum of accounting, reporting, and data processes. The focus lies on delivering reliable financial insights while meeting evolving regulatory demands and leveraging data-driven methodologies.
You will join a diverse and collaborative team of over 20 professionals, primarily Business Analysts, working in multidisciplinary squads. The team's mission is to continuously align financial and management reporting processes with business, product, and technological changes while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Your responsibilities
As Chapter Lead Business Analyst, you will manage a group of approximately eight Business Analysts and an additional small team overseeing data quality, privacy, and project coordination. Your main tasks include:
- Coaching your team on Agile practices, analytical methods, and professional growth.
- Setting best practices for tools, processes, and methodologies used by the team.
- Acting as a key point of alignment between analysts and stakeholders.
- Overseeing delivery efforts related to data quality, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting processes.
- Enhancing end-to-end analysis and data skills across your team.
What we're looking for
You are someone with:
- 5+ years of managerial experience in an Agile or similar environment.
- A strong background in business analysis and project management.
- Solid knowledge of financial products, accounting processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with working in data-intensive environments, paired with analytical expertise.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business economics or IT.
Experience with financial products like mortgages, savings accounts, or other banking operations is a significant advantage.
