Litigation Specialist- Remote
Our client, a renowned leader in the Insurance industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Specialist to join their dynamic Claims Department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the litigation aspects of claims management, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with legal standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and resolve claims while navigating complex litigation processes.
- Analyze and assess the validity and legal aspects of claims in litigation.
- Collaborate closely with legal advisors to develop strategies for the defense or settlement of claims.
- Interpret and apply insurance laws and policies to advocate effectively for the interests of the company.
- Maintain meticulous records of litigation activities and communicate developments with the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on claims that involve litigation to ensure comprehensive management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
