Our client, a renowned leader in the Insurance industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Specialist to join their dynamic Claims Department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the litigation aspects of claims management, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with legal standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and resolve claims while navigating complex litigation processes.
• Analyze and assess the validity and legal aspects of claims in litigation.
• Collaborate closely with legal advisors to develop strategies for the defense or settlement of claims.
• Interpret and apply insurance laws and policies to advocate effectively for the interests of the company.
