For an important client company, the Global Leader in the FMCG space, we are currently looking for a Media Campaign Specialist.
As the Media Campaign Specialist within the Marketing European division, your role will involve delivering personalized Paid Media campaigns for our End Markets. The successful candidate will engage in a combination of strategic planning and hands-on execution, implementing best practices and driving innovation across Europe. This position entails collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and publishers to transform campaign strategies into active initiatives.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver personalized Paid Media campaigns, including campaign strategy, planning, agency management, deployment oversight, and result sharing.
- Collaborate closely with CRM and Web teams to ensure personalization across multi-touchpoint consumer journeys.
- Create campaign and creative briefs for media projects.
- Work with our European End Markets and media agencies to supervise campaign activation and optimization.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working with Paid Media platforms, such as DV360, Facebook, Google Ads, SA360. Experience in Direct Buying, Paid Search, Programmatic, and Social Media is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in the English language; knowledge of Italian is not required.
- Experience in planning, executing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel personalized campaigns.
- Familiarity with at least one industry-leading Analytics tool, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or IBM.
- Ability to analyze performance and consumer data, identifying campaign optimizations and strategic audience segments.
- Understanding of media tagging and tracking technology, such as pixels, UTM tags, and parameters.

- Trieste (Italy) - No full remote work; an opportunity for a hybrid structure (3 days working from home and the remaining days in the office for team interactions).
