Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant CE/CRM (m/f/d)
An innovative IT company are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect to join their customer engagement team. They specialise in pioneering digital commerce and customer engagement solutions, utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform to create and deploy tailored solutions. While their office is located in Munster, they primarily follow a 'remote-first' approach, allowing occasional in-office visits.
Some of your tasks:
- Advise, analyse, and assess customer-centric processes.
- Play a key role in conceiving, executing, and appraising customer projects.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of customer systems and their process maps.
- Lead or participate in customer workshops.
- Guide customers through implementing and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
- Provide support during go-lives and troubleshooting phases.
- Engage in presales activities to bolster sales efforts.
- Collaborate with a project team comprising project managers, change consultants, developers, and business consultants to craft optimal customer solutions.
Your profile:
- Possess a degree in (business) informatics or equivalent professional training.
- Demonstrate prior experience and extensive knowledge in process consulting and optimisation within business or technical realms, preferably in sales, marketing, and/or service domains.
- Familiarity with (agile) project and change management is advantageous.
- Ideally, have prior exposure to Microsoft business solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of software development languages such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, etc., is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Exhibit strengths in customer-centric and solution-oriented thinking.
- Showcase excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Enjoy collaborating within a team setting.
- Show enthusiasm and interest in evolving developments within the Microsoft Dynamics sphere.
