Responsibilities:
- Conduct sessions to gather business and technical requirements, creating necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to align current and future business processes with proposed solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients for successful application/system implementation.
- Perform hands-on customization and configuration of applications/systems.
- Develop Test Plans and assist with User Acceptance Testing.
- Prepare Data Mappings and manage Data Migration processes.
- Design Data/Application Integration solutions.
- Foster and maintain client relationships; present proposals and solutions.
- Support customer operations, including database management, analytics, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- Strong consulting background and excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com (Core Clouds, Non-Profit Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Ability to design and optimize business processes across systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum 6 years in IT or 3 years in donor/membership database management.
- Familiarity with on-premises or cloud applications (J2EE, .Net, API development) is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written skills in English and Malay.
