Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Actuarial Workstream as part of our Global Tech Product Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple parallel projects, driving progress, and managing PMO reporting for this critical initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the overall project plan for the Actuarial Workstream, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate and lead a cross-functional team of actuaries, finance analysts, and technical resources
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies across the parallel projects
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide progress updates to the PMO and executive stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the performance of third-party service providers
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices
- Document project artifacts and maintain a central repository of project information
- Deliver the workstream projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on complex finance and actuarial projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple parallel projects within an Actuarial Workstream
- Strong understanding of actuarial principles, financial modeling, and data analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
